I often find that in order to deal with, or work through things it helps me to understand the what and the why. So what is artist block, what can cause it and how can you find your way through it.
So what is artists block?
Artist's block can manifest for various reasons, including:
Fear of Failure: The pressure to produce exceptional work can sometimes paralyze our creative faculties, leading to self-doubt and perfectionism.
Overwhelm: A barrage of external stimuli, deadlines, or personal stressors can overwhelm our minds, making it difficult to focus and channel creativity.
